EmerText should not replace emergency services such as law enforcement, fire, or medical response. Employees should always use 911 or other emergency resources as needed.

Employee Information: EmerText may collect employee contact details, such as phone numbers and email addresses, solely to facilitate emergency alerts and important notifications.Opt-In Requirement: By opting in, employees consent to receive notifications from EmerText as required by A2P 10DLC regulations.Opt-Out Rights: Employees may opt out at any time by following the instructions included in each notification.

3. Data Usage and Third-Party Sharing

Use of Information: EmerText uses employee contact information only for the purpose of sending authorized notifications.Third-Party Processors: EmerText works with third-party messaging processors, such as Twilio, and other related partners to deliver messages securely. All third-party partners are required to follow strict privacy and security standards.No Data Sales: EmerText does not sell, rent, or trade any employee data to outside parties.

4. Platform Limitations and Liability Disclaimer

No Active Monitoring or Emergency Response: EmerText provides a messaging platform only. We do not actively monitor notifications or provide any form of emergency support. EmerText does not replace 911 or other emergency services. The contracting company is fully responsible for managing, monitoring, and addressing safety concerns within the workplace.Service Limitations and User Acknowledgement: FLX Marketing AI, doing business as EmerText, is not liable for message delivery delays, potential service interruptions, or issues related to a user’s mobile provider. By opting in, users accept these limitations. If users do not agree with these terms, they should refrain from opting into the service.

Campaign Registration: EmerText registers its A2P campaigns with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to ensure compliance and high message deliverability.Trust Scoring: Our campaigns are assessed with a trust score, allowing for consistent messaging throughput and minimizing message filtering.Content Compliance: EmerText adheres to industry standards for message content and purpose, sending only messages pertinent to safety and critical updates.

7. Data Retention

Employee information is retained only as long as necessary for EmerText’s services or to comply with legal obligations. Data related to a departing employee or terminated service will be promptly deleted.
